RETURN POLICY

We understand that every piece of jewelry that is bought from Insia is special- a gift to yourself or to a loved one. We have taken utmost care in creating and inspecting the product thoroughly and packed it carefully before sending to you. We urge you to follow our Care Instructionsto preserve these artistic pieces. Insia is liable to accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects. We may not accept damaged products due to customer’s negligence in following care instructions. Please contact our customer care and we assure you of a prompt reply.

The return and exchange policies are subject to following terms and conditions as mentioned below:

  • Your return needs to be approved through our customer care department.
  • On receiving your returned product, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear and alterations, resizing or damage cannot be accepted for return/exchange.
  • Product should be accompanied with the original or copy of the invoice.
  • Insia reserves the right to decide about the returned item after the inspection.
  • In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the value of the old product before dispatch.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING POLICY

Each piece of Jewelry from Insia is delivered to you in an exclusive Insia box which we insist you should use to preserve your jewelry after wearing.

We provide free shipping for orders above the invoice value of Rs.1000/-. For orders below Rs.1000/- of invoice value, we charge very nominal charges of Rs.50/- as delivery charges. The Cash-On-Delivery option is only available on orders above Rs.1000/- at nominal charges of Rs.100/- only. Please note we do not provide Cash-On-Delivery option for orders below invoice value of Rs.1000/-.

Your orders are shipped through our reliable courier partners. The details of your package are mailed to you once your order is dispatched. We urge you to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the package from the courier. The customer has to specify the delivery address and name of receiver at the time of placing the order. We insist on providing your photo identity to our courier partner to avoid any discrepancy in delivery.

INSIA PRIVILEGE CLUB:

  • Each purchase on Insia entitles you to earn points which are valid for a particular time period.
  • These points can be used to redeem on certain special privileges and offers for members only.
  • Insia however, has a right to refuse points in case they are expired.
  • Points cannot be clubbed with any other special offer running on the site.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Insia accepts payments only through Netbanking or credit card. We do not have Cash on Delivery option available as of now.

  • To keep your jewelry dust and dirt free please store in the individual box provided to you.
  • Metal oxidizes and gets tarnished. This is a natural process. To prolong the tarnishing of metal, we suggest that you avoid contact with water, soap,sweat,chemical products and cosmetics like hair sprays and perfumes.
  • We use highest quality alloys to make our jewelry resilient but our pieces are not designed to withstand strong impact or pressure. Please ensure that these are not bent, dropped or scratched.
  • While we are committed to ensure that each item is free from manufacturing defects, we accept no liability for damages caused due to mishandling.
